Sounds like a goo idea as long as this is a voluntary, good-faith effort by the corporations. Lets keep additional government regulations out of cyber space, at least as much as possible.

I'll recommend it to AOL... oh, wait a minute, AOL is a giant, faceless entity with the people skills you would expect from a giant, faceless entity. Back to the drawing board. Good idea though. I imagine you have your fair share of stalkers.
