When you said shave for the gyno, I thought you meant, nether regions. I have an absolute phobia about the gyno. I kick, yell, cry. I feel like I'm being violated. I hope that your tests were a false positive & everything was fine.

Sometimes hormonal fluctuations
can cause a pap test to come back as abnormal. You might want to ask your doctor to run a repeat pap in a month before undergoing the colcoscopy. Another thing that can cause an abnormal pap is the presence of HPV...human papilloma virus. Good luck to you! Don't worry too much.
