P.S.
Go ahead and spend the money to have his calls blocked. Beg or borrow the money from your friends and loved ones if you have to. Surely your life's worth more than $4.95 a month.

If this man doesn't take the hint and contacts you again stop being "nice" and "ladylike." Tell him in writing--or in front of witnesses if you have to tell him in person--that you're not interested in anything that he has to offer, you're not interested in a business or personal relationship with him, and that he's not to contact you by phone, letter, e-mail, or in person anymore. Save a copy of any letters or e-mails that he sends to you. Get witnesses to provide notarized statements of any conversations between the two of you. Record his phone calls if you can. As long as you let him know that you're recording his calls you should be protected against charges of illegal wire-tapping. (You should probably check your local laws on that one.) And by all means--GO TO THE POLICE! There are a lot of sick, sick people out there. This is one of those cases where being nice can get you hurt or dead.

At least you won't have to worry about scaring him with
this nice little note...if he persists then get really affirmative
and threaten (or suggest) that you may have to file harrassment charges against him and by all means...report him to the police so you can have a
written record(official) to back you up. Good luck!
