I had one at age 34
of course I already had enough kids (2) to make me happy.
It was not a surprise because as a teen I had such problems that a doctor told me I should go ahead and have one once I was done having kids. Put it off as long as possible and scour the internet for way to keep your body healthy in the meanwhile.
look at diet, hormones, exercise, and even a chiropractor..
ps. when /if you do have it done keep your ovaries so you don't need to take hormones.
