Friar, it sounds like a well earned rest, even tho' it's work. No sleeping
troubles sounds like a fabulous bonus and being closer to home must feel like a true reward for years of harder previous work. Good. You deserve a break and this will lead you into other interesting arenas.
This reads a little like a 'gratitude' post.
