Compliments on my posts.  I am very private about what I write and am currently working on a novel and thought this would be a good way to sort of put myself out there so hopefully one day when the book is done, edited and ready I can publish it and be proud of it.  Thanks for reading!

Hi there RachelAnna

I've just been reading through your posts and wanted to let you know that you have some lovely stories to tell and share. This post in particular was probably my favourite so far - it is funny how it can sometimes take a child to remind us of the simple and important things in life.

I go makeup free on weekends and usually when I am on holidays as well. My "warpaint" is usually for work - maybe it's to do with presentation, or maybe it's to only show a certain side to the rest of the world - not entirely sure!

I too wear very little makeup.  These days I wear makeup more to cover the ever darkening circles under my eyes from running around day and night after three girls!

I only wear make up once in a while. My mom was the same way. I don't think my sons will wear any but they may. LOL Very enjoyable post.
