Well...maybe.
I suppose some people may attach some significance to the rankings, and others may hold out hope that there's money to be made. Personally, I've written stuff for years, and never bothered trying to publish any of it. This just seemed like a good forum to archive the stuff I write, and there's an off chance that someone else might enjoy it. Nothing more, nothing less.
