Recording them every day, from obvious sources.
The two big numbers obviously appear on the front
page of BN.
The rest come from the MY ACCOUNT page.
In particular, the VIEW MY MEMBER PROFILE page.
Then I simply add each days stats to the top
of a plain text file.
That's it.
