She could help you more on this than I could. But this is what I think. You were tired and on meds, yes. BUT with that comes the reduced resistance to what is "not normal." We choose not to see things that can not be explained. Last night you had no choice. You've seen the cats before. You've mentioned a ghost cat in a previous blog...I'm sure of it. The man? maybe he is your spirit guide watching over you? maybe he is a ghost? But in your weakened state you are being allowed to see. Enjoy it. My "logical" side takes over far too often for my tastes.
