People are gonna whine regardless...
It's all part of living in the cyber-world...thanks for doing all you can to fix the problems. I'm sure you're doing everything possible to get things back to normal. I hope the missing posts are able to be retrieved, but if not, it's a lesson learned for all of us. Save it or risk losing it!!

We don't know yet
We're hoping that our hosting company is still able to recover them but as time goes by it is looking less likely. We'll have a final answer tomorrow once they've tried everything.
