Down Time

Well, just as long as I don't get charged for the time my blog was unavailable that's fine. Please adjust my fees accordingly and send me confirmation of this.

inquiry on fees

Hello. I'm glad that you are in the process of making your system much stable. I hope that our subscription payment crediting will be adjusted accordingly, from the time the search engine stopped working, especially for those of us who are new here.

In my case, I only paid my subscription a few days ago. (less than a week)

Worst case scenario, can I ask for a refund if in case I decide to cancel my subscription here?
