alt.muslim, I apologize for the first comment here on your blog post. The
use of 'diminuitives' such as his word 'palis' is demeaning, as you know.
As the walls grow higher there, the settlements stay and strengthen, the helicopters fly hitting anything they please, the suicide bombers succeed, the horror grows on both sides of that wall and no one remains untainted by the unbridled hatred running rampant all over the region.
America leads no one anymore. We are not the peace keepers, we are not the peace makers, we are not the peace insisters, we are not the peace creators. We appear to be on the side of the peace destroyers. Downward slide, is right.
No one thinks, in any country anymore, it seems to me, about anything more than today.

He had it coming too...
Rantisi was another terrorist who vowed to do more attacks against Israel. You heard him, we all did.
When will the so-called Palestinians wake up to the fact that Arafat has done nothing for them for all these years? Where is all that money he's been given from the U.S., EU and U.N.? Where is the infrastructure there? Jobs? You're all blaming everyone but the one who is really making you look silly... namely Arafat.
Everyone now knows that the Palis never wanted peace in the first place. The world knows that their real goal is to kill all Israelis and take all the land, no matter what. Arafat was given multiple chances to come to the table for peace and he blew it each and every time. The world is sick and tired of that ugly little bastard, and he should be next in line. Then maybe something good will happen, but only after Arafat is gone and the palis wake up to reality and stop terrorism for good! End of story.
