It is interesting that however YHVH developed, the structure of the word is helpful in a way in defining a concept of this God as gender neutral.

We are hamstrung in many ways being separated by millenia from these original concepts so that we end up developing our own, which we have to.

I love to follow up on some of the aspects of your premise, especially, "YHVH also is gender neutral: letters in the Hebrew Alphabet have genders. Y and V are male and H is female; thus, this YHVH is neutral in gender."
