beachbelle, Darlin'

As near as I can determine it was so.  The day in question was the 11th, a week ago today.  When I did my usual checking of my account everything except my projected earnings remained exactly the same.  I always take notes on the overall Top 100 to keep my notes for "BLOG TO WIN!" up to date.  The rankings, as nearly as I could determine from my previous day's notes, remained exactly the same.  Spot checking the categories wherever I could produced similar results.  I checked everything several times throughout the day.  The only changes I could detect were in the hourly updates of "Most Popular Today."  These results were what inspired this post.

If you have notes that indicate your overall rankings changed the morning of the 11th, I would like to know.  This might indicate some problem in my system, or between mine and Blogits.  With nothing further to go on, I remain mystified and concerned about this.  It also seems to go hand-in-hand with the recent glitches I've noticed in my projected earnings which, based on the rankings, should be going up slightly or holding close to the same rather than declining with occasional drastic drops to as little as three cents a few days ago.

I don't really care about my earnings that much other than as a measure of reception to my posts.  I'll continue to blog as long as I can afford it regardless of earnings or rankings.  Its just that such bumps make me doubt the health and accuracy of the system.

Thank you for reminding me of this, Benzinha.

I, too, am often guilty of reading without commenting -- even when I feel a comment is appropriate.  I occasionally remember that there are members who read without ever posting anything.  I guess the concept of reading without being inspired to write is so foreign to me that I sometimes forget that everyone doesn't share my disease.

You needn't feel sorry about not commenting on my posts.  I'm grateful when people do.  But I don't require it for someone, such as yourself, to be among my own favorite reads.  Like most, I read something posted by everyone who comments on my posts.  But my favorites are always my favorite reads without regard to how often they may comment.  Its just extremely satisfying to learn that one of my favorites also reads my posts.

ya know, poet, many people pay for readership only and don't post.
Many people read and never post a comment. I'm reading you, but sometimes the dogs want to go outside or something like that and I forget what I was doing just before that. sooooorrrrrryyyyy.......
