A serious concern that I've chosen to ignore up till now, T99.
Ownership's track record has not been particularly good in recent years.  Several times they have made noises like they are building for the future by signing their best young players to lucrative long-term deals, then dumped them off for lower-saleried youngsters and has-beens after the All-Star break.  There are already rumblings about Urbina being up for grabs late in the season -- and he hasn't even worked himself into playing shape yet.  As long as the Tigers keep winning, I don't think they can afford to risk tearing the team apart.  Its been a decade since Detroit fans have been this excited about a team.  Attendance is way up.  Business is booming.  If ownership ruins this by gutting the team for cash there may be a lynch-party in Motown.  I might be tempted to make the trip to join in.

Think management will let it ride, or gut the team for the money?
