You yourself said he had a 'thug' life. That implies that he had problems and needed to find something to get him going good.
Not all atheists are thugs my dear. In fact most of the 'thugs' I know are into religion and do have something of a belief.
Of course there are those who have one the other way.
I may or may not see it. Most likely if I do I will wait until it is on video and then rent it and see if it is worth all the hype.
