Thank you, Grandma, for this post and the previous one.
They served as the inspiration for my most recent post to "Jesse's Journey."  I hope you are not displeased.

Temple, I am a Jack-queline of all trades, been that, done that, too much.
Enough for good stories, though because I identify with so many people on Earth, having been them for just a moment.

Friar Agustin, I am blushing that you read this post! Glad that I kept it
tame and readable. Thanks for saying that I should publish somewhere, sometime. I hope to live long enough to do so.

You know, beachbelle, he's getting divorced again. Poor girl, she loves him
as much as I did, deeply, madly, insanely. I should just go shake him and tell him to shape up, he has so much potential.

Wiley, happy to take you back to Africa and visions of dancing girls.

Shall go peruse Ariala's blog to see what you said about me. Thanks again for your support. Did you read my Horsie Blog??!?!? The one before this one?

:::covers face and peeks through fingers::: Abuelita! :::giggles:::
What haven't you done?!  You are not old, just older...and wow, maybe you should find another husband!  I've missed you, been crazy here, how are you?  Thank you for the lovely lovely story.  No one does it better. :)  Kisses!

Abuelita
you really should be writing a book.  Your eye for detail and your capacity to express in words what you see is enviable.

Clearly I needed to have some tea to sip as I read your post. This is wonderfully spontaneous. You brought this scent to life. I always love the way you speak of your favorite husband.

benzinha,
Ah, lovely again, you brought me all the way back to a bar in North Africa in the 50's and the dancin' girls of Marrakech, Morocco. And I ask you too girl, where is your book with your name on it, and your picture, so I could go to Coles and buy it  today. I even did a rant at ya in a comment in one of Arila's blogs.

I started 3 paintings this a.m. about what was framed in that window. I
hope to sell them on ebay, but one friend has already requested the first one. She saw only the background and primary sketching in of the design and wants it for her bedroom. Great! Going for that late night Hopper-esque look.

I just ran into this neighbor, heeheehee, going out for the mail and asked
her why she had her curtains open that night for the first time. She said that she knew that it would drive her husband wild and inspire her  dancing if they thought that someone might see them. Heeheeheee, now she knows her audience, me! She doesn't know that I told on her in a blog post, oops.

Passionflower, it is fun to watch others and remember in my old age....

youth and love and what power women have over their men upon occasion. This is just the power of sensuality, but we have so many others in our quivers.
