New comments...(from one of the Bloghogs)
..is what I check first each log in and has led to my reading others' work. It was a good design facet, y'r highness, and I'll be sorry to see it fall down under the weight of give and take.And give and take. And give and take

I hope we don't screw the next format up as well!
Too many admirers spoils any view, or something like that.

I Really Like the New Comments Section!
It gives all the bloggers a chance to see others' views on all the blogs. I think it should be reinstated.

I recently got a comment on an old post. I don't check my comments after a few days. The only reason I knew this one was there was because I saw it in the new comments section. I like the new comments on the front page and I pull up this page once or twice a day now. If you are going to stop having a new comments section, can you think of another way that a blogger could be notified when receiving a comment on an older post?
