Right for all the wrong reasons

Properly used, vaccinations do help control infections against which they protect us. Vaccines are more for healthy people, though - I can only take vaccines containing dead viruses (like the Salk polio vaccine, or most flu shots). Healthy people, however, can tolerate vaccines much more easily than you might think - and it's the healthy adults that have the least number of reactions to them. (Little ones are more likely to develop reactions to the vaccines, as are older people and people with weak immune systems, which is why I have to limit myself to dead-virus vaccines.)

vaccinations

I am sorry about your illness and your need to take vaccinations because of a weak immune system. However, you sound very preachy. Vaccinations are not for everyone especially if you are healthy and take good care of yourself. (Exercising and eating wholesome foods).

Furthermore, I think you should do some more research on vaccinations so that you could make an informed decision. You will find out that vaccinations are mostly dangerous and unecessary.

Thank you
