I make myself walk away from the computer. It helps to go do some work when I need to think about as aspect of an article that isn't working the way I want. I've set up a schedule and I'm getting comfortable in it. Yesterday was a good example of it all falling apart though. My writing was off so I did more work. I played Tony Hawk with the kids. Heheh I love that game. I didn't get anything submitted to a magazine yesterday but I hope to fix that today. I didn't get anything ready for ebay but the laundry is caught up.
I can't push my work aside cause no one else is going to do it. I guess it's just a matter of balancing. I think my writing is still a bit off today. I do a lot of my blogging in the evenings while kicking back watching TV. I'm learning to multi-task. Thought provoking post.
