Mihail, when VP Cheney said that the Counter Terrorism Chief was
"out of the loop" of the insiders in the White House, my mouth fell open. Do they not think before they speak?
I haven't heard the phrase 'Liar Liar" this often since I finished the last year of elementary school. They set an exceptional example for our youth, no?
