Steelerman: feeling those suicidal impulses?
"Could" or "could happen" are words usually used when something "could" happen in the future. Just like Bush said that Saddam's possession of WMD's "could" present an imminent danger. Aside from that grammatical issue, unless I missed it, the White House has tried but not refuted the basic testimony of Wilson, O'Neil or Clarke. Why believe Bush when he has done little but lie from the beginning?

Spy, great post
You have some great points here, and I've wondered the same thing myself.
Like if you have this person telling you something, and this other person [unrelated to the first] telling you the same thing, and then another person saying the samething. How many have to come forward before the world finally says, Wow, they must be right? Like it's not THEM anymore, it's YOU. Well Bush and Republibots, you have more than one person saying your lying...............and you won't let Condi Rice talk publically, why? Because your lying?

Liberal Ramblings
You seem to use the word 'could' in predicting the future of our economy. You seem to know who told the truth and you seem to know which war we should be fighting. My question is: Since you know the future and what we should be doing and obviously you know more than any President knows, then why aren't you in the White House?
