of the deer brings the scene to mind. Funny you should mention B.C. That photo was taken 15 miles (approximately) south of B.C. in Washington State. If you are familar with Trail BC that would be the closest town.

yeah! the picture reminds me of the Armstrong area just between Salmon Arm
and Vernon in the Shuswap Lake area of British Columbia.
