Ahhh he's a freak, don't worry about it. I agree with you 100%.
While pregnant with my last child the doctor tried to scare me into an emergency section and I refused to take the bait.  I held out, and labored at home because I was afraid of the stuff they'd do to me in the hospital, even tho it was my third baby and we were both healthy, and when I went in, had a 15 minute labor and a completely non-invasive birth.  She is fine, and always had been.  They are just mucking money grubbers in my opinion, at least 99% of the time.  BTW, they wanted to section me because she was sideways in the womb.  My kids, then 3 and 18 months, turned her by gently rubbing her in the right direction, which the doctor felt was too dangerous.  Or, too time consuming and didn't cost enough $$$$$$$.

Great!
I agree 100% that a man that kills his pregnant wife should go to jail and be fried. I do not believe a woman who chooses not to have a c-section just because a doctor told her it could, or could not be harmful if she didn't, should be charged with murder. If it was that big of an emergency they would have preformed a crash c-section on the spot. And if you read the quote you posted, "Pregnant women who have been harmed by violence, and their families, know that there are two victims - the mother and the unborn child - and both victims should be protected by federal law," this is protecting mother and child from a SEPARATE person, not a child from it's mother.

Senate Passes Fetus Protection Bill

Mar 25, 8:46 PM (ET)

WASHINGTON (AP) - The Senate voted Thursday to make it a separate crime to harm a fetus during commission of a violent federal crime, a victory for those seeking to expand the legal rights of the unborn.

The 61-38 vote on the Unborn Victims of Violence Act sends the legislation, after a five-year battle in Congress, to President Bush for his signature, which he promised to provide.

"Pregnant women who have been harmed by violence, and their families, know that there are two victims - the mother and the unborn child - and both victims should be protected by federal law," the president said in a statement applauding congressional passage. The House passed the bill last month.

Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, R-Tenn., said the bill was "powerful because this act is about simple humanity, about simple reality."

The Mother Committed a Criminal Act Against Her Unborn Children

The doctors for over a month told her that her babies might die if she waited.  She waited and one of the babies died.

The mother should be tried for a crime.  She is responsible for her children, like any other mother.

Your so very right

and this needs to be stopped.

When my daughter was a baby, our then doctor, I've changed to another since then, looked at her mouth and tongue and said that the tendon underneath her tongue was too close to the tip of her tongue and would cause a speech problem later in life.  He wanted to cut it right then, right there in the office, without any numbing or anything.  I knew it would hurt her, and I knew it was wrong to do that.  So I wouldn’t let him do it.  Just think, in today’s world I would be arrested for hurting my daughter.

Today she’s a 22 yr old young woman that speaks fine!!!
