He's not stupid but he is mediocre.
I agree that Bush just doesn't care about the American people. The only people he cares about are rich people (of any nationality). They have the only thing he respects. Money.

I don't think Bush II is stupid...
...I think he just doesn't care about ordinary Americans--which to me is a far higher crime than being stupid.

we can only hope the American people will turn out in droves to vote out the great liar that is Bush II and his pals. We can only hope. I will certainly voting that way.
