We do use a firearms simulator and driving simulator
but the gun is the least used force option. They need to train with the others.

some occupations have real -life simulators
for their employees to go through. Maybe the same thing could be used for small town police?

I have a suggestion. Do a search on big, violent situations, like Columbine, that happened in small towns. Then post it on the bulletin board, so these cops can see it every day. I have another suggestion. And this one will probably reap better results. Remind them of all the lonely women out there who are looking for a hunky police officer to bend them over the hoods of their car. (out of the view of the camera, of course) How are they gonna act when they run across a sexy blonde who deeply desires an erotic frolic?????
