We discovered the wonderful world of Rachel Ray’s 30-minute meals. While I can’t stand to watch her on TV, I do enjoy her recipes that make it easier for me to actually produce a meal that is yummy!
Helpful hint for those that don't chop like a chef, get everything prepared before you start cooking. Helps to make things go more smoothly if you are slow with a knife like me!
