forgiving and forgetting...
Is there anyone in your life that has caused you great grief and you can't seem to move forward? to forgive and forget the harm done by this individual to you? Well, whenever I find myself revisiting this most unpleasant place of resentment and anger, I recite this wonderful prayer, using that person's name...does it help? Actually it does. Sometimes only temporarily but still, it's a moment of peace. Lately I have been feeling that life is just that, a moment after another and not much else...
