LUNAR ECLIPSE-just like us

As my temper flared and crashed today, as I watched the ebb and flow of my emotions, I was reminded once again of the utmost importance of cherishing my spiritual practice, my meditation. Days like today can be challenging..but just like the lunar eclipse, I changed and evolved into something different throughout the day and this process rediscovered that outside events and people neither make or break my day.
