Honey Crusted Lamb Shanks

Wow! What a delicious Easter Delight! Braise Lamb Shanks until crausted, saute in your favorite red wine, (Merlot is ours), then rub crushed Honey Sesame Cashews on both sides of Lamb. Bake at 325 to taste. Serve with live vegies...perhaps asparagus and mushroom buttons sauted in wine and garlic.... Sign in to see full entry.
