In the Yorkshire Wolds

This is possibly the best shot of the Yorkshire Wolds. Wolds are low hills over high ground. According to the wiki experts, the word derives from 'wald' which was Saxon for 'trees' or 'woods' as these hills once were forested. The place name remained after the trees were all gone.
