As his friend you should understand that
he has the right to hit on a girl. its a guy thing, very few guys would resist that opportunity for any friend. I wouldnt have gotten upset with him on a normal day. But being hormonal I would have originally felt sorry for myself, and angry that he couldnt be there, but than I would understand.
