New Categories Planned
As BN keeps growing, it’s time for more new categories to help readers find blogs they like.
Based on member requests and the number of existing blogs that could fit in the category, here are the ones planned:
- Opinion
- Journal
- U.S.
- Education
- Family
- Food
- Home/Garden
- Pets
- Blogging
We are also planning to change the name of Writing Advice to Writing.
Please feel free to suggest additional categories, and we will add them if possible. Even if a category is not added immediately, we track requests for future additions.
Once the new categories are added, there will be not be enough space on the home page to display the Top 3 blogs from each category. As a result, the Top 3 sections will no longer appear on the home page, which we hope will encourage readers to explore the categories. This will also help the home page load more quickly.
