What I'd Like To See on BN

Actually, I'd like to see a page (that is updated frequently, of course) with an alphabetical list of all the authors on the network.  There'd be links to the profile page when you click a name.

I find I often want to find only a certain blogger's writings but don't want to scroll through hundreds upon hundreds of blogs.  And for some reason, the search feature on BN has NEVER given me results.
