Wow, McDonald's offers a Go Active! Happy Meal for Adults?!?!?!?!?

The Supreme Egg Salad Sandwich

I wish I had the perfect recipe. This sandwich is in its way perfect for me, because 1) I love sandwiches, 2) I love eggs, and 3) I love mayonnaise & olives. Quick and simple food? A myth!

I don't know how accomplished of a chef you are, but I'm the opposite of accomplished. Typically, I cook by throwing random things together and hoping for the best. Spaghetti meat sauce recipe without beef?

I am temporarily cutting beef out of my diet entirely, but I'm thinking of making spaghetti with meat sauce tonight for a friend and myself.
