My brother in law (the fireman) has been in New Orleans now two weeks working as a contract laborer waiting for instruction from FEMA. They have the equipment sitting in a parking lot which they take turns babysitting and sleeping in the humid weather. So far no instruction or direction as to what... Sign in to see full entry.
