Your Security on Blogit

Blogit subscribers,

We take security on Blogit *very* seriously and have the best possible security in place to protect all member accounts and personal information. When we invested in the improved website hosting etc. last year we also invested in a better security system for the Blogit website.

Here are some suggestions to help prevent someone from obtaining your personal information:

To ensure that no one else can use your account, please do not share your password on your account with anyone else. If you do that, you will be giving them the information they need to use your account without your knowledge.

Protect your password. Select a password that is a mix of letters and numbers and cannot be easily guessed by anyone who knows you. You can change your password by going to My Account and clicking "Change password".

Change your password often. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact us.

When you click on a link in an email that appears to be from Blogit, please check the Address field in your web browser and ensure that it starts with "" or "". If it does not, do not fill in any personal information, since it may be a fraudulent web page attempting to obtain your Blogit password or other personal information. Please send us a copy of the email so we may investigate.
