CHANGE OF PACE - QUATRAINS - TELL ME WHAT THIS IS PLEASE!?

I was looking at a poetry site last night and I discovered quatrains. Supposedly a seven line poem in a 2-4-6-8-6-4-2 syllable count. Kind of like haiku only a little longer.
