I'm disturbed by the recent upswing in the assessment of the situation in Iraq for ordinary Iraqis, usually made by ordinary Americans who have never been anywhere outside of America, let alone into Iraq itself. About this Blog

I'm finding it increasingly appalling how the Bush/Blair 'partnership' merrily lead the world into a war with Iraq that virtually NO-ONE thought was justified. But this is not the end - merely the end of the beginning. There's much more to come if the warmongers get their way. Strip away the politiking and the various cover stories and smoke screens, and the stark reality is ugly and dangerous.
