The Bush plan: A Shell game wrapped in a Ponzi scheme.

Frankly I don't think tax cuts for the rich constitute much of an economic plan and I believe the many Nobel Laureate economists who say the tax cuts will do little or nothing to revive the economy are correct. If you do the math, Bush's figures add up to financial disaster. The culprit is tax cuts for the rich. It seems Bush and the Republicans never met a tax cut for the rich that they didn't love. The result: 10 to 20 years downstream will be bankruptcy for Social Security, Medicare and the US Treasury.
