How many lies does it take to kill a nation?

America is sinking under a deluge of lies from it's so called leaders like GW Bush, Cheney, Delay and others in the Republican hierarchy. Why is it 60% of the American electorate didn't bother to vote in the 2002 elections? Why is it that when people on the street, especially those under 30 years of age, are asked questions like who is Donald Rumsfeld or Tony Blair they don't know and don't seem to care?
