Why doesn't Bush attend ceremonies for the returning dead soldiers?

A couple of months ago, President Bush, flew thirty miles from the San Diego navy base in a navy jet with a navy pilot who then landed on the aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln. About this Blog

In all previous wars the returning coffins of the dead soldiers lost in Vietnam or the Gulf War I were televised. How come President Bush has refused to allow the media the same access to Dover AFB for the victims of the Iraqi war?
