stuck

stuck * if I get stuck stuck in my mind I lose my sense of reality my connection to my feelings my boat is without helm or oars and I fall into the traps where temptations play the game and I’m the stupid one do things I shouldn’t have done and blame everyone else than myself why is it so difficult...
