Toe Business Aganin
The good news is that Richard was and has been well enough for Dr. Riley to straighten out another of Richard's toe to keep all the callouses from coming back. Dr. Riley is just the best Dr. and I cannot say enough good things about him. We will see if how well he does tomorrow and the day after...

It has not been a good day.
Richard has had a bad day with pain. I had to give him extra pain medication and something to relax him. He has slept all day and was angry I put him to sleep but he has rested very well. He has never complained as much as he did this morning. It must be in our water because my pain was bad too but...

We received information concerning Richard's pension in the mail and now he has to prove he was treated for epilepsy after he was discharged from the service. He never told anyone because of the stigma of having epilepsy. So now we have to find someone who remembers that he might have told them. His...

There's No Business Like Toe Business
Tuesday I had to take Richard to the foot DR. The Dr. finally decided it was time to straighten Richard's toe to relieve the callous formation. The Dr. numbs the toe and then takes an 18g needle and releases the tendon. He is also doing this with children who have club feet so they don't have to...

A good Christmas
Richard had a big day and really enjoyed himself even though he napped off and on. Joe and Kody stayed all afternoon with him and Suz called him later that evening.
