A Good Day for Richard
Despite the tub drain being stopped up, Richard has had a good day. Joe came over to see him and brought his dacshunds Lex and Lois. I fixed them chicken and dumplins and Joe fixed them an apple pie. They had a guy afternoon in the living room and I escaped to the bedroom and watched Law and Order....

A Rough Afternoon
Richard was unable to get in the shower by the time Brenda got here to give him his bath. He was barely able to turn around and sit down on the toliet for a sponge bath. When she finished, he was unable to stand up and they called for me. It took both of us to stand him up to finish dressing him but...

The water heater burned out and we had to have it replaced. I had to boil water for the aide to give Richard a bath. Why now. WAA WAAA WAA. Okay thats out. I guess I will have to visualize a money tree in the backyard. Richard has had a pretty good day except for worrying about the water heater....
