The first of April I had a venous ablation on my lower left leg to relieve the constant hammering of spikes by the voodoo dr. The procedure was to insert a butterfly needle into the excess veins using and inject soapy detergent to cause the vein to close down. The Dr. had injected 6 or 7 sites. A new nurse practitioner came in and the Dr ask if she could learn the procedure. Being a nurse, I said yes. I, then, zoned out. The site she injected was more painful than the other injections.
