The Processing Continues
I have slept and slept and slept. I am continuing to process all the negative energy amd releasing. I am really holding on. When I am holding on to all things that are related to Richard so that I can feel his energy, I am also holding in a lot of negative energy that I need to let go. I need to seperate the two. Today I balanced my minor Chakras and helped to physically balance my self. My energy field is still shifted to the right. I will try to rebalance my energy field in the days to come...
