The Weight of Pain
There is a pain that's deep within; that one cannot let go. The pain is chained into my heart and the weight hangs heavy there. You cannot run from place to place to leave the pain behind. It follows you and drags you down into the deepest and darkness of holes. You cannot talk or speak of it or you will be left alone. Alone and chained with an anchor of pain.
