Drew, my HOT neighbor guy has moved out. Dammit! He didn't even say goodbye. Actually, I think the poor guy got evicted. I saw the "white letter" hanging from his garage handle last week. But he was a good guy. He kept to himself and though he played his music a little loud, he caused no problems....
