I NEED SOME COMPUTER HELP!

I have taken some video with my digital camera. When I was on dial up, the video came out choppy on Windows Media Player. I thought that wouldn't happen on high speed? It's still choppy. What do I need to do? Thanks:) Sign in to see full entry.
